Refund policy
One-time packs
Every pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and there’s no subscription to cancel.
All sales are final
Generation credits are digital goods delivered to your account immediately after payment, so purchases are non-refundable once completed.
You only pay for results
If a photo is rejected or blocked, or a generation fails, no credit is used — it goes straight back to your balance. Credits never expire, so nothing is lost if you come back later.
Billing problems
Charged twice, or paid but no credits arrived? Email support with your order number and we’ll fix it. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.
